We strike a deal at $2-5 Bn USD then CIG Fox Research continues on projects at a smaller scale while trading rights for others to develop off international patents, copyrights & the portfolio of Dr Nic Bennett for a higher percentage so different companies & brands can profit from the concepts & prototypes then innovations on specific items from the vast portfolio of Dr Nic Bennett  

CIG Investments will earn the difference in losses & profit between 2023-2030 & past 

The one Ontario neurological technology lab agrees to move the device in crate to Dr Nic Bennett's own property in a military grade vault permanently for storage 

The $2-5 US Billion will be made back with a return of over $2 Bn between 2025-2030 then continual returns over time with demand based adaptive innovations 

This covers any settlement required from the efforts taken between 1980's-2023 affecting Dr Nic Bennett 

Any lower offers will be met with requests for other groups to meet the difference accumulatively as $20 US Bn is requested of 78 US Bn in total losses yet we have a plan of action in place for 2023-2030+ to recoup & profit while sustaining
