I am bound by Federal regulator groups with political parties, lobby groups, past & current law then perspectives & opinions on what as a third party Corporate investor in different markets could do despite being connected to Government through this & research efforts

Right off the bat. The financial aspect comes first then social & adapation with law & Governance 

We are looking at a break even to fair profit to even consider rather than a costly loss which may include profits in another area connected to justify excess allowance of goods to evaporate in offering aid to one geographic area

I am in the business of balancing all books connected to my efforts & a break even profit model not deficit debt now & service based on forecasted maybe

This is serious as that runs into larger & larger debt then required growth to service with numbers voiding cost controls leaving less for those in a few years to enjoy revoking them of a quality of life & opportunity in affordability

A work life balance with continual learning & adaptation then private life with basic needs then privilege with social - emotional connections, holidays & an identity then purpose in life

You cannot just offer if the financial aspects are not balanced

Debt is a burden. Managed debt against profits & other factors are everything in long term sustainability

ENERGY

Creating a sustainable energy system & protected micro infrastructure from man-made & natural disaster then capped controls for access for all citizens in a geogrpahic region in domestic versus international controls in trade exports & imports leaves the ability to create sustainable growing indoor climates for organic natural safe food & water then health & dental options while shelter can be created ability ability low cost leaving basic needs coveted 

A structured schedule of person per person then citizenship tracking can create a sense of purpose & law which governs right or wrong then opportunity so people enjoy safe happy lives with activities & a work life trade off 

Education & skill development is important as is physical - mental health 

This is possible while aid is temporary as a solution
